Brenton Hospice
Honoring life by providing comfort, care and compassion to those we serve.
What is Hospice
Hospice is not just a special way of caring for the patient, empathy and compassion must be felt both by the patient and their family from the people providing care and support to them. Hospice patients have special needs and Brenton Hospice medical professionals design a specific plan of care for every single patient. We do this to ensure that we meet the highest standard of hospice care and their needs. More importantly we would like our patients to feel our service comes from the heart.

Who is eligible for Hospice
Hospice care starts when a formal request of referral from your primary care physician has been made. Hospice is available to those who were diagnosed with terminal or life limiting illness of six months or less to live.
Hospice is mostly covered by Medicare, Medicaid or Medi-Cal, HMO or Health Maintenance Organization or private insurance, it is also included in company benefits at times.
